The problem
Non-profit retiree associations keep their books on paper and spreadsheets, yet they must show a proper audit trail to members and auditors. The volunteers running them are often older and not accountants, and mainstream accounting software is far too complex for them.
Our solution
A self-hosted bookkeeping tool built for older, non-accountant volunteers: large text, high contrast, simple guided flows, no jargon. Everyday income and expenses become a complete digital audit trail: structured transaction IDs, PDF receipts and statements, and a trial balance ready for audit.
